Individual mentoring to build your private practice
You may like individual coaching and mentoring sessions
... if you are in in private practice, whether as an established psychotherapist, counsellor, alternative health practitioner, coach - or if you are newly setting up you will have excellent clinical skills which you constantly update and improve, but probably spend little time developing the business skills you need to help you to thrive. You may also feel isolated, lacking in motivation and dismayed by the large number of other therapists out there.
I usually offer monthly sessions with email support and exercises (devised for you personally as well as useful ones from the book pictured) in between to help you keep your plans and goals for your business alive and boost your energy.

In our one to one sessions I will support you to:
- Create a business vision based on your core values as a therapist;
- give intensive support for the business side of your work and keep you motivated;
- help you to practice and develop your ability to articulate what you do;
- Attract clients, rather than push for them;
- Become skilful at recognising the many opportunities there are to expand or refine your work and make it profitable;
- Discover your attitude to money and how it affects your practice.
